He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Brazzale; his children, Brandi Lee Foreman (Thomas) of Valparaiso, Eric J. McCotter of Philadelphia, PA, Raven Foreman (Dave) of Wanatah and Ashley Kozuszek (Wesley) of Porter; his grandchildren, Remington, Liam, Dylanger, Londyn, Finley, Wyley and Hailey; and his grandchild-in-law Gerry Silver.
