He was predeceased by: his uncle Don Cole; his friends, Bill Breining and Dennis Sorge; his father Jack Cole; his stepmother Ruth Cole; his grandparents, Loretta and Valentine; his stepfather Benjamin; his uncle Lee; and his nephew Matthew Quinlan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine and Benjamin Bayless; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Quinlan (David), Linda Dipiazza (Paul), Benjamin Bayless (Nina), Rodney Bayless (Gaye) and Mary Jane Williams (Darrin); his children, Rebecca Leone, WendalynJennifer, Gavin Michael, Tyler James, Zoe June, Onora June and Gabrielle June; his wife Elaine; his daughters, Becky and Wendy; his grandchildren, Gavin, Tyler, Zoe, Onora and Gabrielle; his mother Catherine; his siblings, Barb, Linda, Ben, Rod and Mary Jane; his uncle Chuck Garrett; and also, Valentine and Loretta Cole (Brown). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the VNA Hospice in memory of Jack Timothy Cole at 501 N Marquette Street, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
