She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Cenko and Helen Cenko; her husband Stanley Haines; her son Stanley Haines; and her siblings, Mike, Ray, Steve, Joe Cenko, Ann Franke and Margaret Borseth.
She is survived by: her children, Nannette Kucek (Bill) and Glenn Haines (Sheila); her daughter-in-law Norma Haines; her grandchildren, Steven Haines (Tammy), Dawn Haines (Joe Shaffer), Jennifer Kucek, Jeff Kucek (Meghan), Alec Haines and Sam Haines; and her great grandchild Henry Kucek.
