She is survived by: her children, Cesar Ruiz Jr. (JoAnna) of Valparaiso, Santos Ruiz (Tammie) of Wesley Chapel and Jahaira Mendoza (Luis) of Hobart, Indiana.; and her siblings, Aida Luz "Lucy" Otero (Illinois), Luis Antonio Otero (Puerto Rico) and Nelida "Nelly" Montero (Florida). She is also survived by children, several adored grandchildren and great grandchildren.
