She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Schulz and Mary Schulz (Loipersbeck); her husband Robert C. Book; her son Dr. Robert Book; and her siblings, John Schulz, William Schulz and Jeanette O'Brien.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Heidrun Book; and her nieces, Judy Nelson and Margo Lee Krisan. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
