She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lee Hooker and Emma Jane Sampson (Ethridge); her husband John Hackett Jr.; and her son Larry Homan. She is survived by: her children, Delores Jo Harris (Billy) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Butch Kerr of Sikeston, MO, Charles Johnson (Amber) of Aurora, CO and William McNorton (Diane) of Portage, IN; and her siblings, Larry Hooker (Corrine) of Gary, IN and Sharon Goodchild (Stephen). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
