He was predeceased by: his wife Ginnie; his parents, Russell Page and Lillian Page; and his siblings, Allen and Anita.
He is survived by: his children, Bobbi Boyd (Jim) and Robert Jones; his grandchildren, Zachary Koehler (Jennifer), Lindsay Lamping (Jason), Kasandra Egbert (Christopher) and Maxwell Koehler; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Zoey Koehler, Jayden, Joshua, Laina Lamping, Liam, Owen and Elijah Egbert.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Jerry's name to the USO.
