He was predeceased by: his parents, Karam Azar and Amelia Azar (George); his spouse Jeanene Louise Nadaf; and his brother Simon Azar. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Azar (Douglas Mazurek) of Valparaiso, George Azar (Marcelle) of Valparaiso and Michael Azar (Amy Wang) of San Jose, California; his grandchildren, Daniel Azar, Emma Mazurek, Patrick Azar, Kayla Azar, George A. Azar and Michael B. Azar; and also Donald Azar (Sally) of Pheonix. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
