He was predeceased by: his parents, John Randall and Josephine Norton (Graves); and his sister Josephine Berger (Jere). He is survived by: his children, Ellen E. Roetker, John Randall "Randy" Norton II (Lori) and David F. Norton; his grandchildren, Josiah (Lyndsey), Jon (Carly), Nicole Roetker, John Randall, Clarice Hess (Seiler), Alex, Natalie and Eric Norton; and his great grandchild Jameson Roetker.
