With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred W. Oar of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2024 at the age of 86. As Fred W. departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Fred W.. Though Fred W. may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia C. Hoar (Hansen); and his sister Gayle Zarrifs. He is survived by: his father Albert W. Hoar; his wife Brenda M. Long; his daughter Irenia Rimsky (Joe); and his grandson Walter Rimsky. He is also survived by his family and friends.
