She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence McColley and Linnea McColley (Zinn); her husband William Taylor; her sons, Lambert Kneifel and Neil Kneifel; and her siblings, Melvin, Lois, Carolyn and Dorothy.

She is survived by: her children, Jo York (Richard) of Indiana and Timothy Kneifel of Valparaiso; her stepson William C. Taylor (Courtney Slovak) of Valparaiso; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Tina, Linnea, Bert, Bambi, Jeremy, Crystal, Bianca and Manny. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
