She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Sappan and Katherine Sappan (Spotilla); and her daughter Jill Bibler. She is survived by: her husband Frank Polaski; her children, Cathy Kepshire (Bob) of Evans, GA and Frank Polaski, Jr. (JoAnne) of West End, NC; her son-in-law Scott Bibler of Kouts; her grandchildren, Erik, Amanda, Megan, Nathan, Aaron, Lauren, Allison and David; and her great grandchildren, Mia, Brenan, Luke, Vivian, Peter, Aria, Mason and Colton.
