It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eileen K. Mitchell of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chandos D. Kuhn and Florence Kuhn (Keppel); her husband Rex M. Mitchell; her son Rex F. Mitchell; her daughter-in-law Melody Mitchell; and her siblings, Richard Kessler, Bill Kessler, Pearl Kuhn, Pauline Stickford and Ruby Faye Kuhn.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Childress (Lee) and Daniel Mitchell; her daughter-in-law Karen Mitchell; and her grandchildren, Lori Groves (Ken) of Kentland, IN, Juli Williams (Shawn) of Stantonburg, N. C., Anthony Jordan (Tammy) of Cassopolis, MI., Danna Gilbert (Rick) of Hobart, IN, Jill Sayer (Brooks) and Kim Mitchell of Valparaiso, IN.. She is also survived by twelve great- grandchildren and thirteen great -great grandchildren.
