He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Collins and Eva Collins (Wheeler) of Valparaiso In; his wife Nancy Small; and his children, Tom Collins (Sue), David Collins (Dawn), Ron Collins (Carol) and Liz Collins (Ron Helsel).
