She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foltz and Sophie Foltz (Sommers); her siblings, Carl, George, Robert, Helen and Margaret; her foster parents, Charles Plummer and Anna Plummer (Sommers); and her siblings, Earl, Edna and Mildred. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Paul's Parish.
