It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dominick Samuel Perna of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Charles Perna and Madeline Perna (LaConte); and his wife Dorothy Ingels. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Perna (Paulette) and Keith Perna (Pamela Brandt); his stepchildren, Jon Ingels, Debbie Dean (Reynold), Charles Ingels, Jr. and Regina Flight (Larry); and his sister Donna Suta (Richard). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Faith Fellowship Church.
