He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kucinski and Frances Kucinski (Kendzior). He is survived by: his wife Diane Reinhardt; his son Brian Kucinski (Deanna); his grandchildren, Richard and Amanda Newton; his great grandchildren, Emmett, Cayden, Nora and Evelyn; his brother Paul Kucinski (Pam); his niece Kelly Jacobs; and his nephew Matt Kucinski.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the First Presbyterian Church of Kouts or the donor's home church.
