He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Cannon and Charlotte M. Cannon (Mattas). He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Kelley, Kenneth Cannon, Keith Cannon (Joy), Cathleen Dunn, Jeff Rose, John Furlong and Devaney Lomenick (Curtis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Opportunity Enterprises, Valparaiso.
