She was predeceased by: her parents, Donley Holstein and Elsie Holstein; her siblings, Robert, Harvey, Fredie, Ruby, Wanda Gay, Arbutus and Braden; and her close friend Dan Mallas.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Sliva (Michael) of California; her grandchildren, Amanda Sliva, Alexandra Langhans (Shane) and Andrew Sliva; and her daughters, Jodi Dusek (Bernard Howard) of Michigan City and Ginger Dusek of Indianapolis. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews & friends.
