He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Estes and Rueben Eddie Estes; and his sister Patricia Walters (Joseph "Jerry"). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Ashley Monroe (Sean) and Daniel Estes; his grandchildren, Aidan and Rory Monroe; and his brother Paul Estes (Cora).
