He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Russell and Allie Russell (Weidger); his daughter Tina Hill; and his sister Sally Barnette. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Semento (Americo) of Kouts, Ted Russell of Wanatah, Lana Richmond (Jonathan) of Hebron and Crystal Thompson of Hobart; and his sisters, Mary Dale Shaw of Norfolk, Virginia and Becky Lamprecht (Jerry) of Kouts. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
