She is survived by: her children, James Lewis Jr. and Joy Choate (Ken); her daughter-in-law Teresa Lewis; her grandchildren, James Boilek, Amber Szynalski, Troy Choate, Sarah DeBoer (David) and Raychel Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn DeBoer and Mason Choate. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
