He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracy Cacini. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Evans; and his children, Windy Seelie (Ken) of Valparaiso, Rhonda Heilman (Rich) of Valparaiso, Darla Robinson (Rod) of Valparaiso and Brian Cacini of Valparaiso.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VNA Hospice of NWI or the American Cancer Society.
