She was predeceased by: her husband Harry D. Allen; her mother Ann Sullivan (Gullege); and her sister Mellody Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Smith (Amber) of Kouts, Joshua Lacefield of Rensselaer and Joseph Lacefield of Valparaiso; her siblings, Kathleen Hittle, Terry Sullivan and Howard "Bobby" Koenig; and her grandchildren, Sierra Smith Cody Smith, Makayla Lacefield and Ariah Lacefield.
