He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shultz and Bernice Shultz; his wife Beverly Shultz; and his grandson Aaron Shultz. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Shultz, Jeff Shultz (Sharon) and Ed Shultz (Kriss Cherne); his grandchildren, Joe Shultz (Kate Bell), Steve Shultz, Jr., Nick Shultz and Hailee Samuels; his great grandchildren, Hazel, Audrey, Galadriel, Layne and Luka; and his sisters, Janice King and Sharon Scholten.
Memorial contributions in Chuck's name may be made to the Humane Society of Hobart.
