He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl L. Lindzy (Abbiehl); his brother Travis R. Tyson; his grandparents, Leroy and Geneva Abbiehl; his uncle Thomas Lindzy; and his cousin Amanda Abbiehl (Lori S. Lindzy).

He is survived by: his father James C. Lindzy (Tomme) of South Bend; his wife Jessica Bailey (Bolde); his children, Kyle L Lindzy of Las Vegas, NV, Zachary J. Lindzy (Heide) of Wheatfield, Kyleigh Lindzy of Mishawaka and Christopher J. Lindzy of LaPorte; his siblings, David A. Lindzy and ReAnna L. Salazar (Jorge); his parents-in-law, Karen Koelemeyer (Richard) of Valparaiso and Thomas Bolde, Jr. (Lisa) of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Jaxon Carpenter, Ronan and Jenson Lindzy; his siblings-in-law, Heather Bolde and Thomas J. Bolde (Tina); and his stepchildren, Bryce and Emma Bailey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews & friends.
