He is survived by: his wife Irene K. Webster; his children, Anthony Webster (Keri), Tonya Jefferies (Kevin) and Charles Webster; and his sisters, Patricia Stamper, Vickie Scott, Kathy Partridge and Debbie Pingel. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
