He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jean Alworth (Bazin). He is survived by: his brother James Alworth; his children, Laurie Tribble (Bill) of Kouts and James Alworth (Cindy) of Geneva, IL; his grandchildren, Samantha Faulkiner (Ken), Paige Tribble, Annika Alworth and Daniel Alworth; and his great grandchild Greysen Faulkiner.
