She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Zilka and Anna Zilka (Petruff); her husband Eugene Weibl; her daughter Cynthia Jackson; and her son-in-law Carl Higgins.

She is survived by: her children, Eugene Weibl (Kelly) of Valparaiso, IN and Marcia Higgins (late Carl) of Valparaiso, IN; her grandchildren, Angie Jones (Phil), Adam Higgins (Erin), Kelly Higgins (Joe Bailey), Zachary Weibl, Lauren Weibl, Benjamin Weibl and Jon Sherrick; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Isaac, Zola and Margot.

Memorial donations in honor of Cecelia may be given to VNA Hospice, 501 Marquette St, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
