Catherine Kozelka Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Kozelka of Valparaiso, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Kozelka; her daughters, Kate Logan (Bryan), Mary McKeveny (Ryan), Ellen Kozelka Liss (Brady) and Theresa Kozelka; her siblings, Joe Collins, Tom Collins, John Collins, Austin Collins, Ellen Mocogni and Margaret Collins; her aunt Cathy; her parents, Catherine Collins (Gigi) and Austin I. Collins Sr.; and her children, Vivien, Eleanor and Cora.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Old St. Patrick Church (700 W Adams St, Chicago, IL 60661). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Old St. Patrick's Church (700 W Adams St, Chicago, IL 60661).
