She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Ed" Lutz and Dorothy Lutz (Allison); her daughter Connie Ann Lutz; her siblings, Ivia Belle Freed and Fred Lutz; and her former husband Nord "Dutch" Hayhurst.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Fred and J. R. Joseph (Nord); her great grandchildren, Chase and Graham; her nieces and nephews, Vicki Bookamer, Kim Freed, Doug Freed, Chris Freed, Danny Freed and Shalane Britton; and her great-niece Annie Pander.
