She was predeceased by: her grandfather Don Hewlett. She is survived by: her parents, Mike Clifford and Cheryl Clifford (Hewlett); her children, Layna, Josslyn, Kaia and Paxton; her brother Jeremy (Brandi); her grandparents, Joe, Dora Clifford and Dolly Hewlett; and her nieces and nephews, Jaxon Clifford, Trenton and Rylie Boezeman. She is also survived by her loving husband, beautiful children, and supportive parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Northwestern Memorial Foundation, supporting the area of service of Oncology.
