He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth B. Ives (Minkel). He is survived by: his father Robert T. Ives of Valparaiso, IN; his siblings, Robert W. Ives (Ellen) of Vancouver, WA and Karen Williams (Jeffrey H.) of Naperville, IL; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Ives, David Ives, Colton Ives, Chris Williams and Anna Williams; and his miniature dachshund Dolph.
