He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank and Marsha Frank; his brother Joseph B. Frank; and his great-nephew Damon Mathis. He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Fulton (Tim), Wanda Mathis (Tom) and Angela Monahan (Frankie); and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Mathis (Kayla), Ryan Vance (Rachel), Brittany Mathis, Chrissy Mathis, Timothy Fulton, Haley Yanez (Kerigan Wise), Victoria Monahan (Noah Finch) and Noah Monahan (Hailey Mathas). He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to Heart to Heart Hospice, 402 Wall Street, Valparaiso, IN 46383.
