She is survived by: her sons, Jason Swallow, Jeremy Swallow (Tiffany) and Justin Swallow; and her siblings, Linda Bolde and Tom Kilgore (Janet). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
