It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara U. Clifton of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Chavas; her former husband Maurice "Jack" Stockwell; her husband Paul Clifton; and her children, Susan Roy, Charles Stockwell and Kristin Huerta.
She is survived by: her son Bill Stockwell (Sheri); her stepdaughters, Kathleen McFate (Richard) and Laura Hormuth; her stepson-in-law Michael Huerta; and her grandchildren, Kellen, Caitlin, Christina, Dena, Bradley, David of Sarah, CJ and Liz. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
