He is survived by: his wife Penny Keegan-Baxter; his children, Aimee Powell (John), Samuel Ivey, Katherine Ivey, Stephanie Baxter-Ivey (Jonathan), James W. Baxter and Alison Baxter-Giunta (Michael); his grandchildren, Christopher, Marissa, Nicholas, Gabriella, Brittini, Emma, Abel, Jackson, Olivia, Liam and Lucy; his great grandchild Weston; and his sister Eva D. Brickman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
