He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Kidd and Ruby Kidd (Troxell); and his brothers, Larry Kidd and Darryl Kidd. He is survived by: his children, Todd Anthony Kidd of Bedford, Troy Allen Kidd of Martinsville, Joshua Adam Kidd of Fishers and Deanna Sue York of Danville; his siblings, Kenneth Kidd and Sandy Martin (Warren); his grandchildren, Christopher Kidd, Rachel Kidd, Michael Kidd, Jacqueline York and Abigail York; and the mother of his children Rebecca Reynolds.

Memorials may be given to Russell Chapel Cemetery.
