He is survived by: his wife Debra Sue Fletcher Blocker; his children, Brandy Perry, Jay Blocker, David Blocker and Howard Blocker; his grandchildren, Christian Sizemore, Elizabeth Graham, Levi Blocker, June Blocker, Paris Blocker, Alisha Blocker, Melia Blocker, Chase Perry, Emma Perry and Taylor Perry; his great grandchild Elijah Graham; and his siblings, Joe, John, Dan Blocker, Margaret Miller, Becky Tucker and Sue Hacker.
