He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlen John Edward and Donna Vene Tape (Wehmiller); his father-in-law Marvin Wischmeier; and his sister-in-law Jane Meyer. He is survived by: his sons, Clinton Tape (Erin) of Vallonia and Lance Tape (Elizabeth) of Seymour; his brother Brian Tape (Amy) of Vallonia; his grandchildren, Sawyer Tape, Elaina Tape, Eloise Tape, Sullivan Tape, Parker Tape and Pierson Tape; and his mother-in-law Norma Wischmeier of Brownstown.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Wegan Parsonage Fund.
