He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Ann Ballard; his children, Scott Thomas Jackson (Amy) of Seymour, Kaycee Jackson of Madison, IN and Reece Dylan Jackson of Vallonia; his grandchildren, Luke Thomas Jackson, Lainey Elizabeth Jackson, Maylee Sue Cardinal, Payton Thomas Whitsitt, Paxton Gauge Jackson and Xayden Kenneth Jackson; and his siblings, Louis Edward Jackson, Howard Keith Jackson (Lana), Frank Wallace Jackson, Patricia Ann Roberts and Joan Elizabeth Briggs.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Jackson Family or Riley Children's Hospital.
