He was predeceased by: his parents, Clary Eltzroth and Betty Schlemer (Sweet); his brother Danny Eltzroth; and his stepfather Bill Schlemer. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Eltzroth of Urbana, Indiana; his children, Clary Eltzroth (Candi) of Urbana, Todd Eltzroth (Melessa) of Roann, Indiana, Rebecca Coldren of Akron, Amanda Grawcock (Ben) of Kendallville and Stacy Eltzroth of Urbana, Indiana; and his sister Sue Mitting (Robert) of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
