He is survived by: his wife Kathy Caldwell; his children, Rhonda, Carol, Tabitha and Micheal; his stepsons, Craig Caldwell (Amanda) and Steven J. Capes (Jeanne); and his mother-in-law Barbara A. Caldwell. He is also survived by his family and friends.
