She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Norris and Martha Norris; her daughter Vicki Sowders; her grandson Michael; her brother Bobby Norris; and her brother-in-law James Gross.
She is survived by: her husband William Gross; her children, Walt Ryan (Karen), William A. Gross and Vanessa Garcia; her grandchildren, Michelle, James, Josh, Sarah, Drew, Maiah, Joseph, Beau and Jake; her sister-in-law Danna Gross; and her nieces and nephews, Kim Wall (Daniel), Liz Johnson (Duane) and Jimmy Gross (Danielle). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grant County Humane Society at 505 South Miller Avenue Marion, Indiana 46953 in Joann's honor.
