She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett H. Deeter and Ruth E. Deeter (Pearson); her spouse Francis Banter; and her sister-in-law Karen Deeter. She is survived by: her daughters, Cinda Mitchener (Marc) of Fairmount and Lori Boyer (Kevin) of Van Buren; her brother Jerry Deeter of Upland; her granddaughters, Amanda Olynger (Ben) and Alyssa Rigdon (Blake); her great grandchildren, Pearce, Penelope Rigdon, Baby Olynger and Baby Rigdon; her niece Jeri Dorsey; and her great-nephew Jonathan Dorsey.
