He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Mary Lou Harms. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Stepler; his sons, Rob (Joy), Ed (Summer) and Sean (Paige); his stepsons, Lejuan Moore and Brittan Moore; his grandchildren, Avery, Jacob, Jillian, Demetrius, Jaiden, Kohlin, Logan, Liam, Kadyn, Jada and Briayza; his great grandchild Kazmire; and his siblings, Ronald Harms, C. Diane Foreman (Ken), Yvonne Allen (Joe) and Naomi Hanson.
