He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Crouse and Mary Etta Bush (Coovert); his brothers, Russell M. Crouse and Mark D. Crouse; and his siblings-in-law, Martin Oliver and Rose Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Crouse; his children, John Crouse (Ann) and Jessica Henderson (Chad); his grandchildren, Nathan Henderson, Adam Henderson, Ethan Crouse and Devon Crouse; his siblings, Robert Hardy, Cindy Crouse of Hartford City and Sharon Jackson (Kenny) of Hartford City; his uncles, Richard Crouse (Sue) and Harold Crouse (Barbara); and his pets, Harvey and Izzi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
