He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmer Rector and Carrie Rector; his wife Janet Rector; his children, June Messer (Kenneth), Gail Sullivan and Tony Rector; and his brother Charles Rector (Jackie). He was also cherished by his 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask.
