He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Mullenix and Cecile Mullenix; his daughter Melinda Hicks; and his brothers, Tom and Paul Mullenix.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda Long; his children, Kathy Sheets, Michelle McKinnie (James), Bryan Mullenix (Tammy) and Marion; his siblings, Patty Rifner (Greg), Irene Hale (John), Marion and Michael Mullenix; and his grandchildren, Tye, Kody, Kory, Alexus, Logen, Allison and Layna. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Eastview Wesleyan Church.
