He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dooley and Mable Dooley. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Cynthia Dooley (Terry Kindle), Marion, Charles Jr. (Tammy), Tamara Kastelein (Nathan) of Troy, IL and Chip Cooper (Brenda); and his siblings, Richard, John, Frank and Phoebe. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
